he was found not guilty after defending his own property. apparently the car's passenger charlie burns was drinking day and had knocked back about 7 lagers at the time of the incident. after refusing to move his car off of hooper's property hooper had no choice but to take matters into his own hands and take. The video starts with Hooper driving his forklift and literally picking up Burns' car and proceeding to 'move' it on his own. i say what i usually say in such situations karma is very real.
