he went viral after being assigned to cover the freezing weather outside at 3 am in waterloo iowa. he wasn't happy about it and let his feelings be known on television. the reporter uses emotional pleas over facts to convey his message that it's really cold out there. the good news is i can feel my face. the bad news is i kind of wish i couldn't do this. mr woodley isn't afraid to express his displeasure with the kind of weatherman reporting he does.
