this hotel manager holds firm against karen trying to con her way into a free room. After claiming that she booked her room for an extra night, the clerk repeatedly asks this Karen for a confirmation number or other proof. Unable to provide the number, the Karen turns to manipulation tactics like the con woman she is. as karen eventually devolves into contradicting rants about her phone it becomes clear that karen messed with the wrong hotel staff. it is beyond laudable that the manager kept her cool throughout the entire incident and it would have been all too easy to stoop to karen's level. after calling the police the manager is able to de-escalate the situation and escort karen out of the house to.
